The Dyla-Trol flow control kit features a unique construction that ensures a perfectly tapering flow through its iris type orifice mechanism, enabling unprecedented smoothness and maintaining an even 360-degree laminar flow regardless of the setting, in contrast to needle-type flow controls which generate turbulence. Each free flow model incorporates a fast-acting check mechanism that guarantees dependable repeatability and fast resetting with minimal pressure changes. The precise-metering Dyla-Trol valves allow for fine-tuning of cylinder speeds, making them ideal not only for adjusting cylinder motion but also for controlling air or oil flow. The MF2-37 model provides controlled flow in both directions. Additionally, its compact inline design simplifies flow setting and plumbing, featuring a hexagonal adjusting sleeve that can be operated by hand and is designed to minimize interference with hook-up. Each valve is factory-tuned for accuracy to ensure the perfect orifice concentricity necessary for optimal performance, with each sleeve and body set permanently mated during production.
