The DYLA-TROL flow control valve features a unique construction that ensures perfectly tapering flow through an iris-type orifice mechanism, allowing for unprecedented smoothness by maintaining an even 360-degree laminar flow regardless of the setting, unlike traditional needle-type flow controls that generate turbulence. Each free flow model incorporates a fast-acting check mechanism that responds to minimal pressure changes, guaranteeing fast resetting and dependable repeatability with each cycle. DYLA-TROL valves allow for precise-metering flow control, enabling fine-tuning of cylinder speeds, ideally positioned on the cylinder ports with the free flow direction pointing toward the cylinder to effectively meter air exhausting from it. The compact inline design facilitates easy flow setting and plumbing, featuring a hexagonal adjusting sleeve that can be manually turned and is slightly larger than the tubing, eliminating any protuberances that may hinder connection.
