These valves offer high repeatability due to a fast-acting check mechanism that quickly responds to slight changes in pressure, ensuring fast resetting and dependable repeatability with each cycle. Designed for precise metering flow control, Dyla-Trol valves allow for fine tuning of cylinder speeds, providing unmatched accuracy in controlling cylinder motion. It is recommended to install flow control valves directly on the cylinder ports, with free flow direction oriented toward the cylinder, as this configuration enhances the metering of air exhausting from the cylinder for smoother operation. The compact inline design simplifies flow setting and plumbing, featuring a hexagonal adjusting sleeve that can be manually turned, with a diameter slightly greater than the tubing, and no protrusions that could hinder connection.
