The CSV-102LS is designed for safer operation of machinery with its two-hand anti-tiedown controls, ideal for air presses, drill fixtures, clamping fixtures, cylinders, valves, or light assembly equipment. This model features compact and self-contained controls with recessed actuation buttons located at the ends and a universal mount for convenient positioning. The concurrent actuation of the recessed buttons generates a signal, which is immediately stopped when one or both buttons are released, requiring both to be actuated concurrently for re-institution. Designed specifically for high production applications, the Low Stress (LS) models require only 6 ounces of force to actuate, minimizing operator fatigue and the risk of repetitive motion disorders, while standard models require 18 ounces. The kit includes push-to-connect fittings and a complete power package that comprises a 4-way power valve (CV=1.00) for direct actuation of single-acting or double-acting air cylinders, with actuation providing a sustained airflow to one cylinder port and shifting flow to the other upon release of the buttons. Built-in mufflers further reduce sound levels, enhancing the overall operational environment.
