The CSV-102W is equipped with two-hand anti-tiedown controls to enhance the safe operation of machinery such as air presses, drill fixtures, clamping fixtures, cylinders, valves, or light assembly equipment. This model features compact, self-contained controls with recessed actuation buttons at both ends, and includes a universal mount for easy positioning. The concurrent actuation of the recessed buttons generates a signal, which is immediately halted upon releasing one or both buttons, and cannot be re-established until both are actuated together again. The kit includes push-to-connect fittings and comes as a complete power package with a 4-way power valve (CV=1.00) for direct actuation of single-acting or double-acting air cylinders, allowing for sustained airflow to one cylinder port during actuation. Releasing one or both buttons redirects the airflow to the alternate cylinder port. Built-in mufflers are incorporated to reduce operational sound levels. Designed for wash-down environments, the CSV-102W maintains the pilot and power functionality of the CSV-102, with its logic circuitry housed in a fiberglass industrial control panel enclosure that offers excellent resistance to chemicals and corrosion.
