For safer operation of your machinery, CSVS are two-hand anti-tiedown controls designed to provide enhanced safety for air presses, drill fixtures, clamping fixtures, cylinders, valves, or light assembly equipment. The CSV-101LS model features compact and completely self-contained controls with recessed actuation buttons built into the ends, and a universal mount for convenient positioning. The concurrent actuation of the recessed buttons generates a signal, and releasing one or both buttons immediately stops the signal, which cannot be re-established until both buttons are actuated concurrently. The Low Stress (LS) models are specifically designed for high production applications where operator fatigue is a concern, requiring only 6 ounces of force to actuate, thus easing the stress on workers' hands and wrists and significantly reducing the risk of repetitive motion disorders. In contrast, standard models require 18 ounces of force to actuate. The kit includes push-to-connect fittings and is capable of actuating any 3 or 4-way air piloted, spring return power valve or small single-acting cylinders, with a flow coefficient (CV) of 0.11.
