The CSV-107LS1 is a remote two-hand anti-tiedown control designed to enhance the safety of your machinery operations by incorporating low stress side mounted signal valves. This control device is suitable for various applications, including air presses, drill fixtures, clamping fixtures, cylinders, valves, and light assembly equipment. It is engineered to actuate 3 or 4-way air piloted, spring return power valves, or to directly power smaller single-acting cylinders. The device functions by requiring concurrent actuation from two remote inputs to initiate a signal, with the operation immediately halted upon releasing either button. The system cannot recycle until both buttons are simultaneously actuated again. The specifications include a CV rating of 0.11, and push-to-connect fittings are included in the package, ensuring easy installation and operation.
