Dyla-Trol valves are engineered for smooth laminar flow, featuring a unique construction that ensures a perfectly tapering flow through an iris type orifice mechanism, maintaining a consistent 360-degree laminar flow regardless of the setting, unlike needle-type flow controls that generate turbulence. The valves are equipped with a fast-acting check mechanism, ensuring high repeatability by responding to slight pressure changes for dependable resetting with each cycle. They offer precise-metering flow control, allowing fine-tuning of cylinder speeds, making them ideal for controlling air or oil flow as well. The MF2-50 model provides controlled flow in both directions. Additionally, the compact inline design facilitates easy flow setting and plumbing, with a hexagonal adjusting sleeve that can be operated by hand and is designed to minimize protrusions. Each valve is factory-tuned for accuracy to achieve perfect orifice concentricity, and each sleeve and body set is permanently mated during production.
