The Dyla-Trol flow control system features a unique construction that ensures a perfectly tapering flow through its iris type orifice mechanism, allowing for unprecedented smoothness and maintaining an even 360-degree laminar flow regardless of the setting. It includes a fast-acting check mechanism in each free flow model, which guarantees fast resetting and dependable repeatability with each cycle. Dyla-Trol valves offer precise-metering flow control, enabling fine-tuning of cylinder speeds; they are best placed directly on the cylinder ports with the free flow direction aimed toward the cylinder. The compact inline design facilitates easy flow setting and plumbing, with a hexagonal adjusting sleeve that can be turned by hand and is slightly larger than the tubing, lacking any protuberances that could hinder installation. Each valve is factory-tuned for accuracy to ensure perfect orifice concentricity, and each sleeve and body set is permanently mated during production, maximizing performance.
