The Lab Wall Cabinet measures 35W x 13D x 30H and features two steel doors and two adjustable shelves, finished in stone gray. Constructed from the finest U.S.A. cold rolled, prime gauge, mild furniture stock steel, the all-welded, heavy gauge unibody is built using 16 and 18 gauge steel. The self-closing drawer slide is designed for lifetime warranty and includes removable roller bearings for easy sterilization and operation. The drawer and door pulls are crafted from 100% corrosive resistant cast aluminum. Each cabinet undergoes a thorough cleaning process with a full submersion, 3 tank wash system to ensure an optimal surface for paint application. The epoxy-based dry powder paint is electro-statically applied and oven cured for 15 minutes at 400° for superior finish quality. Shelving and pilasters have 1" centers, allowing for customizable shelf height. Models with glass doors incorporate 1/4" thick glass in a double panel, reinforced steel frame with recessed rubber channeling, while optional customer-controlled keylocks can be installed in the field on any drawer or door.
