The Lab Wall Cabinet, measuring 35W x 13D x 30H, features two glass steel encased doors and two adjustable shelves, designed in a model gray finish. Constructed using high-quality U.S.A. cold rolled, prime gauge, mild furniture stock steel, this cabinet has an all welded, heavy gauge unibody made from 16 and 18 gauge steel. The unit includes a self-closing drawer slide that is warranted for the life of the cabinet, with removable roller bearings for sterilization and ease of operation. Pulls for drawers and doors are made of cast aluminum, ensuring 100% corrosion resistance. The cabinet undergoes a thorough cleaning process through a full submersion 3 tank wash system, guaranteeing a proper surface for paint application. The exterior is coated with LabDesign's epoxy based dry powder paint, electro-statically applied and oven cured for 15 minutes at 400° for an optimal finish. The interior, including cupboard interiors, pilasters, and shelving, features 1-inch centers to accommodate a range of shelf height requirements. The glass doors are constructed from 1/4-inch thick glass contained in a double panel, reinforced steel frame with recessed rubber channeling. Additionally, customer-controlled keylocks for any drawer or door can be added in the field as needed.
