The lab wall freestanding cabinet measures 35W x 18D x 84-1/4H and features two glass doors along with five adjustable shelves, finished in champagne. This unit includes five adjustable shelves behind hinged glass, constructed from prime gauge, mild furniture stock steel sourced from the U.S.A. The cabinet is built using a robust all-welded unibody, utilizing 16 and 18 gauge steel for durability. The self-closing drawer slide is designed to last the lifetime of the cabinet and incorporates removable roller bearings for easy sterilization and smooth operation. Drawer and door pulls are made from cast aluminum, ensuring 100% corrosion resistance. A comprehensive cleaning process using a full submersion, three-tank wash system prepares each unit for painting, followed by the application of Labdesign's epoxy-based dry powder paint, which is electro-statically applied and oven cured at 400° for 15 minutes, providing an optimal finish. The cupboard interiors, pilasters, and shelving include 1 centers to facilitate customized shelf height adjustments. The models featuring glass doors are equipped with 1/4 thick glass set in a double panel, reinforced steel frame, complemented by recessed rubber channeling. Additionally, customer-controlled keylocks can be added to any drawer or door as needed in the field.
