The Lab Wall freestanding cabinet measures 35W x 18D x 84-1/4H and features two steel doors with five adjustable shelves, designed in a model gray finish. Constructed from the finest U.S.A. cold rolled, prime gauge, mild furniture stock steel, the unit is crafted with an all welded, heavy gauge unibody made of 16 and 18 gauge steel. It includes drawer slides that are self-closing and warrantied for the life of the unit, featuring removable roller bearings for easy sterilization and operation. The drawer and door pulls are made of cast aluminum, providing 100% corrosive resistance. Each unit undergoes a full submersion wash using a three tank system to ensure a clean surface for paint application. The cabinet is finished with Labdesign's corrosive resistant, epoxy-based dry powder paint, which is electrostatically applied and oven cured at 400° for 15 minutes. The cupboard interiors, pilasters, and shelving are designed with 1-inch centers for adjustable shelf height, while models with glass doors incorporate 1/4-inch thick glass within a double panel, reinforced steel frame with recessed rubber channeling. Additionally, customer-controlled keylocks can be added to any drawer or door in the field as needed.
