The Lab Wall Freestanding Cabinet measures 35W x 18D x 84-1/4H and features two glass doors with five adjustable shelves, designed in a sleek gray model. The unit is constructed from the finest U.S.A. cold rolled, prime gauge, mild furniture stock steel, using an all welded, heavy gauge unibody made from 16 and 18 gauge steel. Its drawer slide is self-closing and comes with a lifetime warranty, incorporating removable roller bearings for easy sterilization and operation. The cabinet’s drawer and door pulls are made from cast aluminum, ensuring 100% corrosion resistance. A full submersion, 3 tank wash system is utilized to clean each unit individually, guaranteeing a proper surface for paint finish application. The cabinet is finished with Labdesign's corrosive resistant, epoxy-based dry powder paint, which is electro-statically applied and oven cured for 15 minutes at 400° to achieve a durable finish. Cupboard interiors, pilasters, and shelving include 1-inch centers to accommodate various shelf height requirements, while models featuring glass doors incorporate 1/4-inch thick glass encased in a double panel, reinforced steel frame with recessed rubber channeling. Additionally, customer-controlled keylocks for any drawer or door can be added in the field as needed.
