The Lab Wall Freestanding Cabinet measures 35W x 18D x 84-1/4H and features two steel doors and five adjustable shelves finished in stone gray. The unit includes five adjustable shelves positioned behind hinged steel doors, constructed from premium U.S.A. cold rolled, prime gauge, mild furniture stock steel. The all welded, heavy gauge unibody is made from 16 and 18 gauge steel, and the drawer slides are self-closing, designed to last for the life of the unit, featuring removable roller bearings for sterilization and ease of operation. The drawer and door pulls are cast in aluminum, ensuring 100% corrosion resistance. Each unit is thoroughly cleaned using a full submersion, three-tank wash system before the epoxy-based dry powder paint is electrostatically applied and cured in an oven for 15 minutes at 400°. The cupboard interiors, pilasters, and shelving offer 1-inch centers to accommodate varying shelf height requirements. Units with glass doors include 1/4-inch thick glass encased in a double panel, reinforced steel frame with recessed rubber channeling. Additionally, customer-controlled keylocks can be added to any drawer or door in the field as needed.
