The kit includes a 6" gong size and features a low power drain for efficient operation over long wire runs. It comes completely assembled and offers weatherproof diode polarized models suitable for electrically supervised circuits. The hazardous location AC vibrating bells produce a distinctive loud and clear ringing sound that is free of mechanical clatter, with the striker continuously striking the gong in rapid-fire action as long as current is applied. The units can be mounted to any solid surface using 3/8" (10mm) fasteners and are fitted with a sealing fitting for 3/4" (19mm) conduit, along with wire leads for power connections. These units are specified for timing scheduling, paging, and general alarm applications in environments such as refineries, gasoline storage and dispensing areas, petrochemical manufacturers, spray paint areas, aircraft hangars, grain dust areas in granaries and flour mills, and industrial firms using flammable liquids.
