The NACHI 29434E is a spherical roller thrust bearing featuring an extra capacity design with a bronze cage. It boasts an improved internal design that allows for twice the bearing life compared to conventional e-type spherical roller thrust bearings. These bearings are specifically engineered to carry heavy axial loads and can also support radial loads, provided that the radial loads do not exceed 50% of the axial loads. To prevent damage caused by sliding motion between the rollers and the raceway, it is essential for these bearings to be subjected to a load greater than the minimum axial load (FA min = static load rating / 1000). Additionally, the bearings are self-aligning, accommodating a maximum allowable misalignment of approximately 2°. Oil lubrication is recommended for the conventional e-type configuration.
