Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They incorporate a self-aligning feature that allows for automatic correction of shaft deflection, housing distortion, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing excessive force application. These bearings benefit from Nachi's advanced heat stabilization process, enabling them to operate effectively at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and without compromising bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
