NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction while effectively accommodating deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes through their self-aligning feature, which helps prevent the application of excessive force. The newly developed heat stabilization process allows these bearings to maintain normal function at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
