NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, with a self-aligning feature that corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes to prevent excessive force. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows them to function normally at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F), ensuring minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
