Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axes misalignment, thus preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows them to maintain normal functionality in operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, these bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
