Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, making them suitable for diverse applications. They feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axis misalignment, thus preventing excessive force application. The bearings are manufactured using a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows them to maintain normal functionality at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliable performance even in less-than-ideal installations.
