Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to accommodate both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings have undergone a newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing for normal operation in temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions.
