Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. These bearings feature a self-aligning capability that allows for automatic correction of deflection in the shaft or housing, as well as misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. Nachi employs a newly developed heat stabilization process that enables the bearings to maintain normal functionality at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and without compromising bearing life. Additionally, these bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
