The NACHI 29352E is a spherical roller thrust bearing featuring an extra capacity design and a bronze cage, specifically engineered to enhance performance and longevity. The improved internal design allows the NACHI Ex-type spherical roller thrust bearings to achieve twice the bearing life compared to conventional E-type spherical roller thrust bearings. These bearings are adept at carrying heavy axial loads and can also support radial loads, provided that those radial loads do not exceed 50% of the axial loads. To mitigate potential damage from sliding motion between the rollers and the raceway, it is essential that the bearings are subjected to a load greater than the minimum axial load, calculated as Fa min = static load rating / 1000. Additionally, these bearings are self-aligning, accommodating a maximum allowable misalignment of approximately 2 degrees. It is recommended to use oil lubrication for the conventional E-type bearings to maintain optimal performance.
