The Nachi 29414EXS1 is a spherical roller thrust bearing featuring an extra capacity design with a steel cage. Its improved internal structure allows it to achieve twice the bearing life compared to conventional E-type spherical roller thrust bearings. This bearing is specifically engineered to support heavy axial loads while also accommodating radial loads, provided that these radial loads do not exceed 50% of the axial loads. To mitigate damage from sliding motions between the rollers and the raceway, it is essential that the bearing is subjected to a load greater than the minimum axial load, calculated as Fa min = static load rating / 1000. The Nachi 29414EXS1 is designed to be self-aligning, with a maximum allowable misalignment of approximately 2°. Oil lubrication is advised for conventional E-type applications.
