The NachI 29360E is a spherical roller thrust bearing featuring an extra capacity design with a bronze cage. Its improved internal design allows it to achieve twice the bearing life compared to standard E-type spherical roller thrust bearings. These bearings are specifically engineered to handle heavy axial loads while also being capable of supporting radial loads, provided that the radial loads do not exceed 50% of the axial loads. To prevent damage from the sliding motion between the rollers and the raceway, it is essential for these bearings to be subjected to a load greater than the minimum axial load, which is defined as Fa min = static load rating / 1000. Additionally, the NachI 29360E bearings are self-aligning, accommodating a maximum allowable misalignment of approximately 2 degrees. Oil lubrication is recommended for optimal performance of the conventional E-type bearings.
