The Nachi 29322EXS1 is a spherical roller thrust bearing featuring an extra capacity design with a steel cage. Its improved internal design allows for a bearing life that is twice that of conventional E-type spherical roller thrust bearings, making it highly efficient for carrying heavy axial loads. These bearings can also accommodate radial loads, provided that such radial loads do not exceed 50% of the axial loads. To prevent damage from sliding motion between rollers and the raceway, it is crucial that these bearings be subjected to a load greater than the minimum axial load, calculated as Fa min = static load rating / 1000. Additionally, the Nachi 29322EXS1 bearings are self-aligning, with a maximum allowable misalignment of approximately 2°. For optimal performance, oil lubrication is recommended for the conventional E-type design.
