The NachI 29428EXS1 is a spherical roller thrust bearing designed for extra capacity with a steel cage. Its improved internal design allows the NachI EX-type spherical roller thrust bearings to achieve twice the bearing life compared to conventional E-type spherical roller thrust bearings. These bearings are specifically engineered to carry heavy axial loads and can also support radial loads, provided that the radial loads do not exceed 50% of the axial loads. To avoid damage from sliding motion between the rollers and raceway, these bearings require a load greater than the minimum axial load (Fa min = static load rating / 1000). The bearings feature self-aligning properties with a maximum allowable misalignment of approximately 2°. Oil lubrication is recommended for the conventional E-type.
