The NACHI 29344E is a spherical roller thrust bearing featuring an extra capacity design and a bronze cage. Its improved internal design allows the NACHI EX-type spherical roller thrust bearings to achieve twice the bearing life compared to conventional E-type spherical roller thrust bearings. This bearing is specifically engineered to handle heavy axial loads and can manage radial loads provided that the radial loads do not exceed 50% of the axial loads. To mitigate damages from sliding motion between the rollers and the raceway, it is essential for these bearings to be subjected to a load greater than the minimum axial load (FA MIN = static load rating / 1000). The NACHI 29344E is self-aligning with a maximum allowable misalignment of approximately 2°. Oil lubrication is recommended for optimal performance of the conventional E-type.
