Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to accommodate both heavy radial and axial loads from either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for shaft deflection, housing, or misalignment of axes, effectively preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows them to maintain normal function in operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliable performance in various operational environments.
