Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to accommodate both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. The bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for normal operation in temperatures reaching up to 200°C (392°F) while ensuring minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, these bearings can handle a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
