NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to withstand both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. The newly developed heat stabilization process allows these bearings to maintain normal functionality in operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F), with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
