Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that allows for automatic correction of shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axis misalignment, thus preventing excessive force application. The bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that enables them to maintain normal functionality at operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and without compromising bearing life. Additionally, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliable performance in various applications.
