Nachi spherical roller bearings with suffix -V are specifically designed for vibratory applications, such as crushers and vibrating screens, to prevent retainer breakage. These bearings feature a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows them to maintain normal function at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. They are equipped with special radial clearance and controller tolerance of P6 on the outer diameter and P5 on the bore, ensuring optimal performance. Additionally, the bearings are engineered with particular care on the retainer to suit the demands of vibratory applications. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
