Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. The self-aligning feature allows for the automatic correction of deflection in the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, preventing excessive force application. With a newly developed heat stabilization process, these bearings can operate at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliable performance and durability in various applications.
