Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, offering a self-aligning feature that allows for the automatic correction of deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. The bearings are capable of withstanding normal operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) due to Nachi's newly developed heat stabilization process, which ensures minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
