NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, with an innovative self-aligning feature that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, preventing excessive force application. The bearings are manufactured using NACHI's newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to maintain normal function at operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) while experiencing minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, these bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
