Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, featuring a self-aligning capability that allows for automatic correction of shaft deflection, housing, or misalignment of axes, thus preventing excessive force application. Equipped with a newly developed heat stabilization process, these bearings can operate effectively at temperatures reaching up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliability and performance in various applications.
