Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, with a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process, enabling them to operate efficiently at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) while experiencing minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, these bearings can accommodate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2°.
