Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to accommodate both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, effectively correcting deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes with their self-aligning feature, which prevents the application of excessive force. These bearings are equipped with a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for normal function in operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) while exhibiting minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle for these bearings is approximately 2°.
