Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to withstand both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, providing a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing excessive force application. The bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to maintain normal function in operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
