Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, effectively managing deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes through their self-aligning feature, which prevents excessive force application. With a newly developed heat stabilization process, these bearings can operate at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) while maintaining minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
