NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, with a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, preventing the application of excessive force. These bearings incorporate a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows them to maintain normal function at operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) while experiencing minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, enhancing their reliability and performance in various applications.
