Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to sustain both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction, making them ideal for a wide range of applications. They feature a self-aligning capability that allows for automatic correction of shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or other axis misalignments, thus preventing excessive force from being applied. With a newly developed heat stabilization process, these bearings can maintain normal operational functions at temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under general service conditions, ensuring reliability and performance in demanding environments.
