Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to handle both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for shaft deflection, housing distortion, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing excessive force application. The bearings are constructed using a newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to maintain normal functionality at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F) with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
