NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to support both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They incorporate a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects deflection in the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thus preventing excessive force application. With a newly developed heat stabilization process, these bearings can maintain normal functionality in operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) while exhibiting minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2° under standard service conditions, ensuring reliable performance in various applications.
