NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to endure substantial radial and axial loads in both directions. They incorporate a self-aligning feature that allows for automatic correction of shaft deflection, housing irregularities, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing excessive force application. The bearings are subjected to a newly developed heat stabilization process, allowing them to maintain normal function at operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) with negligible dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing lifespan. Under general service conditions, the maximum permissible misalignment angle is approximately 2°.
