Nachi spherical roller bearings are designed to accommodate both heavy radial and axial loads in either direction. They feature a self-aligning capability that automatically corrects for deflection of the shaft, housing, or misalignment of axes, thereby preventing excessive force on the bearings. The newly developed heat stabilization process allows these bearings to function effectively in operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F), with minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. Additionally, they can tolerate a maximum permissible misalignment angle of approximately 2° under general service conditions.
