NACHI spherical roller bearings are designed to support heavy radial and axial loads in both directions, with a self-aligning feature that automatically corrects for shaft deflection, housing misalignment, or axis misalignment, preventing excessive force application. The bearings utilize a newly developed heat stabilization process that allows for normal functionality at operating temperatures of up to 200°C (392°F), ensuring minimal dimensional changes and no reduction in bearing life. The maximum permissible misalignment angle under general service conditions is approximately 2°.
